I had a bad Drain field, another company told me. So I got a few estimates. A1 septic was about $3,000.00 cheaper than the other 2 companies I went with. Also they were about $75.00 cheaper in Pump Outs too. Everyone at this company was very nice and explained everything. The general Manager is the one I spoke to most of the time, setting up the scheduling and walking me through the next steps. They were very professional. I had septic issues. They came out pumped my tank and showed me how I had a bad drain field. So they gave me a estimate, I also got 2 other estimates after them since I didn't know anything about septic and wasn't sure if they were telling me the truth. The other 2 companies I contacted confirmed my bad drain field. A1 Septic was the cheapest by 950.00. So I went with them. They told me the next steps and I agreed to it and made a down payment. Then when they received the permit they came out and replaced it. It looked like I was getting a new pool. Lol. But they warned me what to expect so I was ok with it all. After the inspection they came the next day to cover. Which was nice and fast. The whole project went smooth and super glad I chose A1 Septic. The people in the office was super nice and was called for updates when needed. Thank you so much.
A1 septic was excellent from my very first contact. I called to get a quote and then called back to schedule the service to get our septic pumped. They were able to book the service very quickly in just a few days. The price was great and they offered a coupon online. The truck arrived right on time and the gentleman running the truck was very professional and knowledgeable about his profession. The service was performed and he spoke to my husband a little about the quality of the septic system in its current state. We will be calling A1 septic for any further service or pumps! I have used other septic companies in the past but A-1 Septic was absolutely the best and most professional. I cant start to say how happy i am with the work they have done. The guy that came to my house explained everything to me and another company told me my Drain Field was bad but when i called A-1 Septic for more advice they came and fixed the problem and only cost me minimal dollars instead of thousands of dollars. I'm glad there is still honest local businesses out there that cares about you and your family instead of money. I had another septic company cancel on me at the end of my service time window and they suggested I call another company for service. I called A-1 and I believe Jessica answered the phone and she immediately got me an appointment for a clean out the same day. This is 10:30 a.m. my window is now 12pm-5pm. Then 15 minutes later Alexander my service tech called and said he would be passing by anyway can we go ahead and knock it out now you won't have to wait for your window. He came by knocked it out in less than an hour. I was blown away by the level of professionalism and service. Then Alexander got me a quote for a repair I need at half the price form that other company. A-1 you now have a new locked in customer.
I used A1 Septic to have my system pumped out. Alexander was right on time, knowledgable, courteous and have great advise as to how to best maintain my system. I'll trust my plumbing needs to these guys for the long term.
When I first called A1 septic. A gentleman but the name of Freddy answered. Really nice guy explained everything to me and worked out a time around my schedule. .the technician called me an hour before the time slot and gave me an exact time when he would be there (40 min ) the pump truck technician was GREAT! He worked very hard, did a great job, answered all my (many) questions , and schooled me in proper maintenance. He was also meticulous in protecting my yard through use of tarps in areas where grass had been grown over the tank accesses, and was very careful to return everything as close as possible to what it was when he started., I’ve use other septic companies in the past but moving forward A1 septic will be the guys that I use from now on. At the end of service immediately received a call from Freddy ( I guess the manager or owner. Don’t know) and asked me if I was satisfied and if there was anything else that they can assist me with. I was having issues with back up because another company told me i had a bad drainfield. That company was booked for a pump out. So i contacted A1 Septic for a pump out and also a estimate to replace my system. They diagnosed it and they noticed once they pulled up my filter and the sewage flowed right out and they told me i did not need to replace it. They saved me thousands and i am forever grateful to the staff. Specially the person that came out to help and Fred in the office. Overall everyone was very helpful.

We used A1 Septic for my septic tank that was full. They came on time and was about 20.00 cheaper than most other companies when I priced around. It started when i called to make the appointment. The guy that answered the phone was friendly and he made the appointment and then they came to my house on time with a 30 minute call before they came. The whole service was outstanding. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had my septic tank pumped by A1 Septic this morning. They were very accommodating on the time. I received very nice customer service. Also the gentleman was very knowledgeable on what I could do to take care of my tank in the future.
I was pleased and a little shocked when the technician they sent to check my septic system informed me that my filter was clogged that I didn't need my tank pumped again, it had only been a month since I had it pumped from another company. He was such a nice young man that he replaced my filter and never charged me a dime. A-1 has my business from now on and I've been telling all my family and friends. A1 has been outstanding. Not only did they perform our home septic inspection, but we had an issue with our pump and they came out to diagnose everything. Alexander has been our guy, upfront and honest and super helpful (especially for me and my bf who know nothing about septic systems!). They will continue to be our go to! Highly recommend.
Amazing, honest, professional, and very informative. This is the only way I can describe the service I received from Alexander from A-1 Septic. I've worked with another company that replaced my system 6 years ago and have had problems for the last 3 years. Now they were telling me I needed to replace the entire system again. When Alexander arrived, he told me I did need to replace the system. He was there for a pump out. But he told me I didn't need it, he showed me the problem, it was a clogged line. He fixed the problem and recommended a lid that was cracked to avoid future problems. He saved me over 10 thousand dollars that other companies were telling me I needed to spend in a new system. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone, and it is now the only company I would use.
A1 Septic provided free sandbags and shovel's during Hurricane Milton! There was not a long line and enough shovels for everyone to share. The men working were also very kind and helpful! Thank you for providing to the community when in need!

My parents are older and we’re having issue so I called A1 Septic because of a referral from a co-worker. A1 Septic arrived on time and i had not arrived yet. When i arrived A1 Septic was pumping out my parents tank and found that the filter needed cleaned. We were so scared it would need a new drain field. Our neighbor recommend A1 Septic and after reading the reviews we decided to go with them. They gave us a good price plus they honored the coupon on their website for pumping out the septic tank. Robert and his trainee came to the door they were both very polite and informative. Patiently guided me through the process. It has been at least 6 years or more since it was pumped. We've lived there for 5 of them. I am thankful for the recommendation to add a chemical to the tank as the bacteria was gone and we had a lot of solid peices. Alexander was fantastic! He was knowledgeable. He listened, he explained his findings and answered our questions. He was very professional and incredibly quick. In and out in less than an hour. Our toilets are flushing again. The sinks and tubs are draining like they are supposed to, and we couldn’t be more grateful!

I was quite pleased with the services of A1 Septic. We have used them for 10 years. The response to my e-mail service inquiry was prompt and we received same day service by an experienced and courteous driver who went out of his way to avoid any property, lawn, or shrub damage. In addition, he took additional time to verify that the entire system was draining well and there were no identifiable clogs or backups in the system
I had A1 septic to my house last year for a drain issue that they fixed and they also replaced the lid of my septic tank. Today, I had them hook my washing machine back up to the septic tank. From start to finish both times, the professionalism, solid work and cleanliness are apparent. These are people who love where they work! I dealt with Tom on the phone and for the inspection and quote. John (or maybe his name was Joe? Definitely a J name) was so polite, did a fantastic job, and left the work area tidy (as tidy as one can when tearing up the ground) I will recommend to anyone who will listen. Bravo guys!!!
I recently had my septic tank serviced by A1 after using them a couple of years ago. Ran into some mechanical problem in the process which unfortunately resulted in needing further assistance. The next day, the retired owner, Dave and his son returned to personally address my problem. He took the time to explain what happened and why as they proceeded to resolve the problem to my complete satisfaction. I will certainly use their service again and recommend them for owning the issue and quickly resolving it.
